Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations affect us significantly. It is our policy to never overbook our rooms. After a reservation has been made, we remove the accommodation from our inventory and booking calendars, therefore refusing all other requests. Although we empathize with your situation, being a small bed and breakfast, we cannot make exceptions to our cancellation policy.
• Please let us know as soon as possible if you must cancel your reservation. We will make every effort to re-book your accommodation.
• Our bed and breakfast cancellation policy is 7 days (10 days for holiday and special events) to receive 100% refund.
• A cancelation with less that 7 days (10 days for holiday and special event) to date of reservation will be charged 50% of the total reservation.
  No shows and premature check-outs will be charged the entire amount of the reservation.
• Thank you so much for understanding!

Restrictions

• No pets currently allowed in the inn. Any guest who brings a pet may be charged up to $100 cleaning fee.
  Well behaved children are always welcome in the inn! Infants pose a particular challenge, so kindly reach out to us when making your reservation with the age of child you intend to bring. We do not have high chairs, booster seats, pack and play, or cribs.. We are very happy to help make your stay as perfect as we can! But please understand that any damage to our rooms or home will need to be paid for by the main guest on the reservation.
  You must be at least 18 years old to reserve a room with a valid credit card in your name.
• For your safety and to protect the house and furnishings, smoking of tobacco products only are permitted outside. A cleaning fee of up to $100 may be charged of a guests smokes in the room.
• Check-in is at The Amethyst Inn Bed & Breakfast, 144 West Main Street Adamstown PA 19501. You may use street parking, or our private lot via the steep side driveway.
• Breakfast for the Amethyst Inn is served in the dining room each day at 9:00 am. All dietary restrictions observed with notice
