“We made a last minute decision to stay at the Amethyst Inn while passing through the Lancaster area. I’m so glad we did! Even though it was just a one-night stay, we were made to feel completely at home. The room (the “Ruby” room) was clean, spacious and inviting. We had a great night’s sleep on a comfortable bed, a hot shower in the morning and were served an incredible homemade breakfast. I can’t have gluten and Jackson, the innkeeper, pleasantly accommodated. Coffee, tea, and treats were all readily available as self-serve through the night and prior to breakfast, so we didn’t need to wait to get our caffeine fix until breakfast was served. I only regret that we couldn’t stay longer – I definitely hope to return!”
